Tysons Tower offers seven levels of onsite parking. The garage is accessible through two entrances/exits, both located off Tysons One Place.

NEW PARKING ACCOUNT ACTIVATIONS
For New Parking Account Activations:
- Fill out the online parking application https://www.parkerbill.com/landing?EQS=55bS8F3u44TDCaN1xeEE9A%3D%3D
- Please use your employer’s email address when signing up.
- Walkthrough for how to set up a new parking account.

- You will receive an email from services@billing.integrapark.com confirming that your application has been received.
- Once your application is received wait for a member of the 12 Oaks Parking team to contact you via email. You should receive a response within two business days.
PARKING ACCOUNT REACTIVATIONS
For Parking Account Reactivations:
- Send an email to tysons1@12oaksparking.com with the subject line: Account Reactivation.
- The parker or account holder will need to provide the following information in their Account Reactivation email: effective start date for the reactivation, the old account number, the First & Last name on the account, their access card number and their vehicle information (Car Make, License Tag Number and Issuing State).
- The parker or account holder will need to provide the following information in their Account Reactivation email: effective start date for the reactivation, the old account number, the First & Last name on the account, their access card number and their vehicle information (Car Make, License Tag Number and Issuing State).
- Our parking team will reach out to you when the request to reactivate the account is received.
- If an old account is not archived our team may need to set up a new account on behalf of the parker requesting to have their parking account reactivated.
- When the account set up or reactivation is complete, our parking team will send a 2nd email with a confirmation that the access card is reactivated, the account number, the invoice number and a link to log in to their account for payment.
If you already have an individual parking account and would like to set up access to 12 Oaks Parking's online payment system please follow these instructions.
When you set up a monthly parking account at Tysons Tower either individually or through your employer you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
