HVAC

If the temperature in your office needs adjustment, please contact the building Hines Property Management Office. Your call will be referred immediately to engineering personnel.

The standard hours of operation of the heating and air conditioning systems are 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday. Special arrangements should be made for any HVAC needed outside of those hours. Space heaters are not allowed to be used in the Building.

We are happy to provide HVAC during off hours and holidays at an overtime rate, but require that we be notified in advance. Normal business hours are 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday-Friday and 9:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturday. All Overtime HVAC Requests must be received by the Property Management office no later than 4:00 pm for after-hours HVAC on weekdays, weekends and building holidays. Requests not received by 3:00 pm, may be subject to an additional 4-hour labor fee.
