In order to ensure the safety and security of Tysons Tower, please be advised of our new building access procedure going forward. This process will be followed by all existing tenants, future tenants, contractors, subs, etc. so as to create a streamline, single procedure for work onsite.
Find the attached documents that will set the basis for this new procedure and review the process detailed below. Hard copies of these forms can also be found at the Dock Master's office in the loading dock, the Property Management Office at suite 200, and soft copies are on the tenant website.
The Visitor Acknowledgement Form is a new form implemented during the COVID-19 Pandemic. This form is required for any contractor or subcontractor working on behalf of a tenant who will need to interact with a Hines engineer or who will require a security escort while completing their work. Examples might include: running additional cables, and/or accessing mechanical room closets. This form should be submitted to Property Management together with the Special Access Form by the tenant prior to the arrival of the contractor.
The Special Access Request form is required for any contractor or subcontractor who wishes to access or work at Tysons Tower. Any contractor arriving onsite without a previously completed and approved form, will be required to complete and approval will be sought before access is given.
The Overtime HVAC form is required for tenants who should need HVAC beyond lease/normal business hours for any reason. This form should be submitted to the Property Management office.
The Impairment Form should be completed whenever hot work is required, sprinkler system drain downs are required, etc. Any time building engineering assistance and approval is needed, this form should be completed.
We request that all forms be completed in entirety and a hard copy be submitted to the Property Management at least 48 hours in advance of the requested date. The appropriate parties will review, seek approval, and provide confirmation of access as soon as possible. When the requests have been approved, a call or email will be made to the contact listed on the form as a notification.
