For your convenience, we have included downloadable and printable PDF document forms that will expedite various building management service requests. Hard copies of all forms are available from the Hines Property Management Office as well. To view and print PDF files, you need the Adobe Acrobat Reader software. If not already installed on your computer, it can be obtained for free at www.adobe.com.

In order to ensure the safety and security of Tysons Tower, please be advised of our new building access procedure going forward. This process will be followed by all existing tenants, future tenants, contractors, subs, etc. so as to create a streamline, single procedure for work onsite.

Find the attached documents that will set the basis for this new procedure and review the process detailed below. Hard copies of these forms can also be found at the Dock Master's office in the loading dock, the Property Management Office at suite 200, and soft copies are on the tenant website.

The Special Access Request form is required for any contractor or subcontractor who wishes to access or work at Tysons Tower. Any contractor arriving onsite without a previously completed and approved form, will be required to complete and approval will be sought before access is given.

The Overtime HVAC form is required for tenants who should need HVAC beyond lease/normal business hours for any reason. This form should be submitted to the Property Management office.

The Impairment Form should be completed whenever hot work is required, sprinkler system drain downs are required, etc. Any time building engineering assistance and approval is needed, this form should be completed.

Tysons Tower Tenant Event Request Form

We request that all forms be completed in entirety and a hard copy be submitted to the Property Management at least 48 hours in advance of the requested date. The appropriate parties will review, seek approval, and provide confirmation of access as soon as possible. When the requests have been approved, a call or email will be made to the contact listed on the form as a notification.

As a reminder, all contractor and sub-contractor traffic (entrance, exit, deliveries) and communications should go through the Dock Master.
